By accessing, registering on, or using the helptowin platform — including the website at helptowin.org and any associated mobile interfaces — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the helptowin platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered players, and any person who participates in games, promotions, or other services offered by helptowin. To access the full range of helptowin services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Not register on behalf of another person or use another person's identity.

helptowin may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before you can make deposits, withdrawals, or access certain features. Verification may include submission of a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your helptowin account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify helptowin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your helptowin account.

helptowin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have previously notified helptowin of unauthorized access and helptowin has confirmed receipt of such notification.

helptowin accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. helptowin does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

Deposits are generally credited to your helptowin account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. helptowin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where possible. helptowin reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but helptowin endeavors to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly.

helptowin reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or non-compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

All transactions on the helptowin platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. helptowin is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

helptowin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the promotion terms.
• helptowin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to account suspension.

All games available on the helptowin platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, virtual sports, and Color Game — operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined fairly and independently of any player action or helptowin intervention.

Each game on the helptowin platform has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. helptowin is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects a game outcome, helptowin reserves the right to void the affected round and refund any wagers placed during that round. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid out.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the helptowin platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using helptowin for any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the helptowin platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing helptowin staff or other players.
• Using the platform if you are a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing a minor (anyone under 21 years of age) to access or use your helptowin account.

All content on the helptowin platform — including but not limited to the helptowin brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of helptowin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the helptowin platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the helptowin platform without prior written consent from helptowin.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, helptowin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Interruption or cessation of the helptowin service for any reason.

helptowin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your helptowin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

helptowin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• helptowin is required to do so by law, regulation, or a competent authority.
• helptowin has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• You request self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period as defined by helptowin's dormant account policy.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, helptowin reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Where termination is not due to a breach, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

helptowin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, helptowin will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the helptowin platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. helptowin operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the helptowin platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through helptowin's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
